How it works
The driver gets the load
Dispatched loads land in the driver’s app with stops, appointment windows, and references already filled in. No phone tag, no faxed rate cons — the driver opens the app and knows exactly where to be and when.
Location and status, live
WakeDrive shares the driver’s position and status updates as the load moves. Pulse reads that stream directly, which is why a quiet driver becomes attention instead of a surprise at the receiver.
Documents from the phone
The driver photographs the BOL and POD at the dock. The image is read by vision, matched to the load, and filed — which is the exact moment Ledger needs to send the invoice.
With FreightWake
WakeDrive closes the gap between the platform and the pavement. Pulse tracks against its live location and status, Apollo’s appointment windows show up in the driver’s hands, and the POD a driver uploads is what triggers Ledger to bill. Without WakeDrive the crew is guessing; with it, the crew knows.
